In the bowl of the stand mixer, add yeast, sugar, milk and egg. Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes to proof the yeast.
Add flour and salt, using dough hook, knead for five minutes
Add softened butter, mix until soft and fluffy
Form a dough ball, cover and let rise for one hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down dough to release gases, then remove from pan.
Divide dough into two portions.
Then divide each portion into three portions.
Form small balls then roll into small cylinder-shaped loaves, Place three cylinders sideways in each loaf pan.
Cover and let rise for another hour.
After an hour, bake @ 350 ℉ for 40 minutes
Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
