Extra Soft and Fluffy White Bread

My favorite White Bread recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 ½ Cups - All Purpose or Bread Flour
  • 2 Cups - Warm Milk 110 Degrees
  • 2 Teaspoon - Instant Yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon - Baking Powder Always use aluminum free baking powder!!!
  • 1 Teaspoon - Salt
  • 1 Each -1 Egg
  • 3 Tablespoon -Sugar
  • 1 Stick -Butter (1/2 cup) Well softened but not melted!

Instructions

  • In the bowl of the stand mixer, add yeast, sugar, milk and egg. Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes to proof the yeast.
  • Add flour and salt, using dough hook, knead for five minutes
  • Add softened butter, mix until soft and fluffy
  • Form a dough ball, cover and let rise for one hour or until doubled in size.
  • Punch down dough to release gases, then remove from pan.
  • Divide dough into two portions.
  • Then divide each portion into three portions.
  • Form small balls then roll into small cylinder-shaped loaves, Place three cylinders sideways in each loaf pan.
  • Cover and let rise for another hour.
  • After an hour, bake @ 350 ℉ for 40 minutes
  • Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
  • Enjoy!
