I have an opportunity to purchase a 45hp tractor at a very reasonable price. The tractor itself is not necessarily the bargain, the implements actually are.

I was not looking to get a new tractor right now but I can sure use that front end loader and backhoe on the land.

Ryan and Christina bought Cadence a 15′ round above ground pool for her birthday. Wouldn’t it be a smart idea to use the tractor and box blade to prepare the ground (remove grass, level, etc)? Maybe not. It worked great other than me getting rambunctious and digging so deep that I ripped the sewer pipe right out of the ground. Luckily it wasn’t too hard to repair. It only took about 1 1/2 hours and the store is 7 miles away. Could have been a lot worst.
Our little girl turned six this month. The day of her party had a 70% chance of rain and it held true. That didn’t stop the diehards from jumping into Aunt Jenny’s pool. Personally, I think they are nuts for going in when I was chilly standing on the sideline.
